Exchange & Return Policy

At Bas Fitness, we strive to provide a reliable and smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions for product exchanges and returns in accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition
  • The product has not been used or washed
  • The product is returned in its original packaging when applicable
  • The invoice or order number is provided

Bas Fitness reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange request.

Exchange Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping and re-shipping fees

However, if there is:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • A wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in the order

Bas Fitness will cover all shipping and exchange costs.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products cannot be exchanged in the following cases:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Requests submitted after the exchange period has expired

Return Policy

Requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
